Each Sound Meditation will begin with a meditation (ex: visualization, optional movement, etc.), move into sound bowls and/or gong with additional instruments, and close with meditation.

Special events can range from 1.5-6 hours including Sound Meditation, Yoga Classes, and bring a group of individuals together to create a memorable experience. We love collaborating with like-minded businesses.
